We’re delighted to introduce you to the newest member of our team – Gareth Roberts, who has joined us as our Customer Relations Manager.
Gareth joins us at an exciting time for our business. We pride ourselves on having our client’s best interests at heart and building strong and trusted relationships, as our business grows we know it is important that we don’t lose sight of the excellent customer service which has got us to where we are today. In this dedicated role, Gareth will be overseeing all our projects from start to finish to ensure they deliver the very best result for each and every client.
To help you get to know more about Gareth we asked him a few quick questions.
Why did you want to work for Whitshaw Builders?
Whitshaw Builders were an excellent proposition for me. They have a high reputation for producing high quality work and are well managed by a great team.
What is your role and what does it entail?
I am joining the team as the Customer Relations Manager – A role which seems to be growing as the weeks go by, but mainly broken down into several key areas; Working closely with each of our clients and ensuring we are delivering on our promise of a quality build right from the initial contact all the way through to handing their home back. I am also responsible for health and safety for Whitshaw’s, preparing each new site and following it through the build. I also have responsibilities for some Office management and behind the scenes administrative works.
What are you most excited about in your new role?
I am most excited about working with the team. They’re a great bunch with a huge enthusiasm for creating bespoke and innovative homes and i can’t wait to be a part of an entire project from initial meet to completion.
What is it like working for Whitshaw Builders?
Hectic, but every day is different. So far i have been involved in so many different aspects within the company and i’m looking forward to the future with Whitshaw Builders.
