First and foremost, we can confirm that Ryan Whittaker has resigned from his role as director of Whitshaw Builders. While Ryan is no longer part of the business, we wish him every success in the future – and would like to thank Ryan for everything he’s contributed in his time with Whitshaw Builders.
It doesn’t seem long since the business was founded. That’s why it’s such a pleasure (and a bit of a shock) to announce that next year marks 10 years of trading!

Operating for almost a decade, Whitshaw has become a trustmark for clients throughout South Yorkshire. That extends beyond our flagship building services.
In October 2020, we launched Whitshaw Aggregates to offer cost-effective aggregate solutions for all construction projects. We’re proud to say the business is going from strength to strength after nine months of trading, allowing us to continue providing high-quality ballast, sand, stone and gravel for a number of our own builds and other local projects.
Finally, we’re thrilled to announce a number of projects in the pipeline for Whitshaw Developments over the next 12 months, including homes in Sheffield, Badsworth and Pontefract. Focussing on new-build residential developments throughout South Yorkshire, this is another area of our business which has continued to flourish – and we couldn’t be more excited about what the future has in store.
