The RICS Awards showcase the most inspirational regional initiatives and developments in land, property, construction and the environment. We are honoured that this year we have had, not just one but, two of our fantastic projects shortlisted for the Yorkshire & Humber residential property of the year. Both projects are collaborations with architects, Coda Bespoke, and are a great example of what can be achieved when an architect dreams up an amazing concept and the builder makes this vision a reality.
The first project to be shortlisted is arguably our biggest project to date.
At Millhouses Lane the client was looking to update their home and add kerb appeal with a contemporary makeover to the exterior. They also wanted to transform the inside space altering the floor plan to better suit their needs.
The second property to be shortlisted is one that received a huge amount of interest, particularly on social media, Plot 6 was the second property to be complete at our luxury development in Dodworth Barnsley. The client wanted the home to have a contemporary feel with a traditional twist. We did this through the use of specifically selected materials and finishes, including the exposed brick feature wall in the property stairway.
