Working with award winning Transform Architects we are delighted to be involved in this unique project that sits in a prime location. The brief was to deliver a modern makeover and stunning extension to bring flexibility, easy access, and pure style to a family home.
The work comprises of a contemporary extension, full internal alterations and an external makeover.
Key features include above standard insulation, open plan living, first floor balcony and aluminium fascia cladding. The property takes advantage of a fantastic location close by to the York grandstand and the new Terry Chocolate Orange Development which is turning the old factory into flats and housing. The new balcony to the rear will provide the owners with panoramic views over look York Canal.
