2016 has definitely been one to remember and we couldn’t have done it without all your support. Over the past year we have had the pleasure of working on some amazing projects, been featured in national magazines, grown our team (both in house and with trusted suppliers) and even been nominated for some prestigious awards.

Back in May we were shortlisted for the prestigious RICS Award which showcases the achievements of the most inspirational regional initiatives and developments in land, property, construction and the environment.
We also launched our new website this year which we think looks great. It allows us to showcase all our recent work on our projects section and keep you up to date on our blog.
Working with award winning architects Coda Bespoke, we are involved with the design and development of 3 luxury homes in Dodworth, Barnsley. The first plot was complete in September.
This year we have been lucky enough to have 3 of our projects selected to feature in Ideal Home and Self Build magazine.
Our Carter Knowle Road extension also made it to the final 3 in the Sheffield Design awards against some great local projects.
