A dark, damp basement transformed into a luxurious space | Oak House
The clients of Oak House wanted to turn their dark, unused basement into extra space for their family – perfect for rest, relaxation and fun. We worked with Transform Architects to remodel their basement and finish it to the highest standards.
The first part of this project was to waterproof the basement to provide protection against damp. This allowed the space to then be transformed into a luxurious cinema room, downstairs toilet and gym. The finished rooms provide the ideal place to escape from reality and spend a lazy weekend.
