We were commissioned by the owners of this fabulous property in Millhouses, Sheffield to renovate and extend their home.
Beautifully designed by award-winning CODA Bespoke, the generous new single-storey rear extension and double-storey side extension create a striking contrast to the period property’s traditional appearance. The extension comprises lots of steel and brick and block walls coated with synthetic render, the roof is a mixture of single-ply membrane trimmed off with VM zinc cladding. Glazing is a key part of the design with large aluminium window frames.
