A total house transformation | Millhouses Lane, Sheffield
Millhouses Lane is another great example of a Coda Bespoke and Whitshaw Builders collaboration. The client was looking to update their home and add kerb appeal with a contemporary makeover to the exterior. They also wanted to transform the inside space altering the floor plan to better suit their needs.
The work completed was extensive and included a 140m2 single storey extension, an existing house remodel and the raising of the roof to convert the loft.
The remodelled property compromises of an office, library, formal lounge, kitchen/ dining and snug area, utility, downstairs bathroom, 6 bedrooms, 2 en suite bathroom 1 main bathroom and a double garage.
