It was important that the homes were energy efficient with low running costs, so we installed mechanical ventilation throughout and triple glazing and solar thermal heating.
There is a large main bedroom suite on the whole of the top floor with three further bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor.
The key selling point of the homes was the marvellous open plan living dining kitchen which has a real wow factor.
