A major makeover for a 70's bungalow | Fulwood, Sheffield
Struggling for space in their Victorian home, Ann Watkinson and her partner Melise Jones moved into a larger – but uglier – Seventies chalet bungalow nearby in Sheffield.
They had the vision that they could transform the house into their dream home but a major over hall was needed. Working with Coda Bespoke we added a new roof, windows, doors and smart cladding to transform the look of the property.
We didn’t need planning so it all happened so quickly. The roof was replaced with modern concrete tiles and the plastic windows and doors with aluminium framed versions. Now it’s so much lighter and we have all the space we need.
