The client wanted the home to have a contemporary feel with a traditional twist. We did this through the use of specifically selected materials and finishes, including the exposed brick feature wall in the property stairway. It was important to the client that the home was very eco friendly, we have therefore incorporated lots of renewable elements including a MVHR system, solar panels, air source and rainwater harvesting.
