A bright and spacious new build | Plot 5, Dodworth
Plot 5 is the third property to be complete at our luxury development in Dodworth, Barnsley. This is one of six individually designed self build homes that form part of the custom build development. All the houses are designed via a design code that sets materials and details and the rest was left down to each plots position and the client to dictate the final specification.
This new build has been expertly designed by award winning Coda Architects. It comprises of a large open plan living/ kitchen & dining room and 3 bedrooms. It was important to the client that the home was eco friendly and energy efficient and for this reason we fitted solar panels to the property.
