Working with G9 Architects we have been able to create a luxurious open plan space for the clients of Durvale Court, Dore. The project included a single-storey extension, full fit out and landscaping.
By using wet underfloor heating, we were able to achieve a seamless finish in the new open plan space. A modern kitchen supplied by My Fathers Heart adds to the high end, quality feel. The polished plaster wall is another key feature in the property, that again creates a really luxurious look.
We used large aluminium sliding patio doors, provided by Express Bi-folding Doors, to open the extension out to the garden. In the back garden itself, we used astroturf, re-levelled and laid a patio to create a low maintenance space that looks great all year round.
