The owners of Darton Lane in Barnsley contacted us to help with a house remodel, reconfiguring the existing property footprint to make it better suited to their needs. By knocking down a partition wall we created a fantastic open plan living, kitchen and dining space.
To create a really high-end finish, and to maximise the square footage, we used water underfloor heating at the property. This is an efficient way to evenly heat a room and means no need for radiators. We also called on the services of interior designer Lousia De Paolo, who used her expertise to make sure the space looked its best.
A key feature of this property is the bespoke shelving which was designed and built by our team. Hidden LED strip lighting underneath the units add a sophisticated touch.
